What is Breathwork & Meditation?

Receive one-to-one support tailored to your unique needs. Private sessions offer a safe and nurturing environment for deeper healing, emotional release, and personal growth. Do I need experience to join? No experience is necessary. All sessions are guided and inclusive.
What should I bring? A water bottle, journal, and an open heart. For group sessions, you may also bring a mat, cushion and blanket.
Is breathwork safe for everyone? While generally safe, please consult your doctor if you have heart conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant. Shelley can adapt the practice to suit your needs.
How long are sessions? Private sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes. Group sessions are typically 60 minutes.
