Sound Healing or Sound Baths is an ancient form of healing using Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Drum, voice and other instruments, resulting in deep relaxation and a profound sense of wellbeing. The healing frequency and vibrations heal your mind, body and soul.
You enter into a tranquil space smelling of gorgeous aromatherapy oils. All you need to do is get yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Typically you will be lying down on a mat, but the session can be performed seated on a chair if you prefer. You will be lead through a guided meditation/visualisation and deep breathing exercises to prepare you for the sound healing/sound bath that will follow. You will feel a deep sense of relaxation, peace and wellbeing.
